1. Scope of Service

New Creation 3D Designs LLC provides custom 3D printing services based on digital designs provided by the User or selected from our catalog. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

​

• User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use any 3D models (STL, OBJ, etc.) uploaded to our platform.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify New Creation 3D Designs LLC against any claims of copyright or patent infringement resulting from the designs you provide.

• Restricted Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates third-party IP rights or contains prohibited content (e.g., weapon components or illegal items).

 

3. Product Nature and Variations

• Prototypes, Not Finished Goods: 3D printed items are often intended for prototyping or decorative use. Unless explicitly stated, parts are not certified for industrial, medical, or safety-critical applications.

• Tolerances: You acknowledge that 3D printing involves inherent physical limitations. Minor variations in color, texture, and dimensional accuracy (within standard industry tolerances of [e.g., +/- 0.5mm]) are expected and do not constitute a defect.

 

4. Safety and Usage Warning

• Material Limitations: 3D printed materials may have specific heat, chemical, or mechanical limitations.

• Choking Hazard: Small parts are not intended for children under 3 years of age.

• Food Safety: Unless specifically labeled "Food Safe," our 3D prints are not suitable for contact with food or beverages.

 

5. Payments and Cancellations

• Pricing: Quotes are based on material volume, print time, and post-processing requirements.

• No Cancellations: Because 3D printing is a custom manufacturing service, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Creation 3D Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our printed products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

 

7. Shipping and Lead Times

​

Estimated lead times are projections and are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or equipment failure.

 

8. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida USA.
