Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
 

At New Creation 3D Designs LLC, we take pride in the quality of our custom manufacturing and design services. Because each item is custom-made to your specific requirements, our refund policy is as follows:
 

1. Custom 3D Printing Services
 

  • No General Returns: Since 3D printed parts are custom-manufactured based on your specific files or requests, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or user error (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or material).

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect that deviates from your provided specifications, please contact us at dakool888@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. You must provide:

    • Order number.

    • Clear photographs of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of a manufacturing error, we will, at our discretion, either re-print the item at no additional cost or issue a partial/full refund.
     

2. Design and CAD Services
 

  • Service Fees: Fees for design time, 3D modeling, and consultations are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • Revisions: We offer 2 rounds of minor revisions per design project. Significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may incur additional fees.

  • Approval Process: By approving a final digital design for print, you acknowledge that the geometry and aesthetics meet your requirements. Refunds will not be issued for design flaws discovered after printing has begun if the print matches the approved digital model.


3. Cancellations
 

  • Printing Orders: Orders may only be cancelled if production (slicing or printing) has not yet started. Once the 3D printer has begun the job, no refunds can be issued.

  • Design Orders: If you cancel a design project before completion, you will be billed for the hours already logged by our designers.
     

4. Shipping Issues
 

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it is confirmed lost, we will initiate a replacement print.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Expedited shipping fees.

  • Rush processing fees.

  • Digital-only file downloads (STL, STEP, etc.).
