Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

 

1. Processing and Production Times

​

Unlike traditional retail, our products are made-to-order.

  • Production Lead Time: Most 3D printing orders are processed and manufactured within [e.g., 3–7] business days.

  • Large Orders: Orders involving high quantities or long print times (over 100 hours) may require additional processing time. We will notify you via email if your order falls into this category.

  • Rush Orders: We offer a "Rush Processing" option for an additional fee, which moves your design to the front of our print queue.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard 3–5 days and expedited 1–2 days shipping options.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship worldwide. Call 239-290-1500 for possible solutions on international shipping.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. Packaging and Fragility

​

3D printed items, especially those with intricate geometries or printed in resin, can be fragile.

  • We use reinforced packaging and protective padding (bubble wrap/air pillows) to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • Support Material: In some cases, we ship parts with their "support structures" still attached to provide extra stability during transit. You may need to remove these carefully upon arrival.

 

5. Damages and Issues

​

New Creation 3D Designs LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy with your order.

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods.

  • Take clear photos of the damage and contact us at dakool888@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a reprint.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses and Re-delivery

​

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
